The Intaki Liberation Front has an established chain of command. This allows the corporation to maintain organization and the ranks within the chain provide structure. Ranks are Intaki in origin to promote and maintain our cultural heritage.

Ranks
ILF has four divisions: Dravya, Karna, Nebyada, and Sainika. Each division has a unique set of ranks of increasing authority and responsibility.
Ranks are meaningful. They assist ILF leadership in tracking member progress. Promotions are acknowledgment of contributions by individuals who take initiative and support ILF above and beyond the activities of their peers. Members are more likely to be promoted by demonstrating competence, enthusiasm, and dedication to the goals of their division.
When someone in ILF is promoted, the new rank carries a certain amount of additional authority and responsibility over the rank that applied before.
One Isha leads each division. Members of the division report directly to their Isha and then to the Mahesha and Suresha.
New recruits (Initiates) and inactive members (Reservists and individuals Deployed Planetside) have no division assignment until they are granted permission to choose one. Entry to a division begins at the lowest applicable rank.
